Terms of Service
Read the rules governing access to TwitViewer, acceptable use, intellectual property, availability, liability, and account-free public-content viewing.
Effective date: July 15, 2026 These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the TwitViewer operator, trading as TwitViewer. By accessing twitviewer.net, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your country. If you use TwitViewer for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. Service Description
TwitViewer is an independent, read-only tool that attempts to present supported publicly available X profiles, posts, and related context. Results may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or different from the source. TwitViewer does not provide access to protected accounts, direct messages, private information, or content that requires unauthorized circumvention. We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. Temporary rate limits or anti-abuse checks may apply.
3. No Affiliation
TwitViewer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by X Corp. “X,” “Twitter,” and related names and marks are property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the third-party service and links supported by TwitViewer.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use TwitViewer only lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: • seek access to protected, private, deleted, or access-controlled material; • bypass rate limits, robots controls, authentication, consent, or technical restrictions; • scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk-download, or automate requests without our written permission; • use results for stalking, harassment, doxxing, discrimination, surveillance, intimidation, or sensitive-person profiling; • collect data about minors or vulnerable people in a harmful or disproportionate way; • infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, database, contractual, or other rights; • misrepresent authorship, edit material misleadingly, or remove attribution; • introduce malware, overload the service, probe vulnerabilities, or interfere with other users; • use the service to train facial recognition, infer sensitive traits, make high-impact eligibility decisions, or create unlawful datasets; • violate X’s applicable terms, developer rules, or display requirements; or • use TwitViewer in violation of sanctions, export controls, or applicable law.
5. User Inputs
You retain responsibility for handles, URLs, messages, reports, and other information you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process those inputs only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service and comply with law. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, or confidential information.
6. Third-Party Content and Rights
Posts, profile details, media, names, handles, and links originate from third parties. They are not owned or endorsed by TwitViewer. Rights remain with their respective owners. Public visibility is not a license to copy, publish, sell, modify, or exploit material. You are solely responsible for obtaining permission or establishing another valid legal basis for your use. Content may be inaccurate, offensive, manipulated, synthetic, or out of context. Verify important claims using primary sources and independent evidence.
7. Intellectual Property in TwitViewer
Except for third-party content, TwitViewer and its original software, design, text, branding, and compilation are owned by or licensed to the TwitViewer operator and protected by law. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership.
8. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide ideas or feedback, you permit us to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
9. Reports and Takedown Requests
Send copyright, privacy, trademark, or other rights reports to admin@twitviewer.net. Include your contact details, the exact TwitViewer and source URLs, a description of the right or concern, the requested action, and a good-faith statement that the information is accurate. Copyright notices should include all elements required by applicable law. We may request verification, forward a notice to relevant parties, restrict a result, or reject incomplete or abusive requests.
10. Availability and Changes
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular results, content completeness, preservation, compatibility, or continued access to any third-party source. Links and results can stop working when third-party systems or policies change.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant that the service is error-free, secure, or suitable for legal, journalistic, financial, employment, safety, or other high-impact decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the TwitViewer operator and its officers, employees, contractors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from TwitViewer or third-party content. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event or (b) USD 100. These limits do not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the TwitViewer operator from third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, your content or inputs, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights. This clause does not apply to consumers where prohibited.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or legal compliance, including for suspected abuse or repeated infringement. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in a court of competent jurisdiction will have jurisdiction, except that mandatory consumer rules may allow you to bring a claim elsewhere.
16. General
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the service. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any incorporated notices are the entire agreement regarding TwitViewer.
17. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice. Questions may be sent to admin@twitviewer.net, the TwitViewer operator, contact details available upon a valid legal request.
